Close Combat Training: Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it take to get my product/domestic/international?

We ship most orders from the Close Combat Company fulfillment center, via Fed Ex or the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped Monday- Friday and will arrive within 3-7 business days, but please allow 2 weeks for International orders. We can not ship to Nigeria.

2. How will I know when my order ships?

We will email you a confirmation of when your product ships, including tracking information for domestic orders.

3. Is my Credit Card information secure?

Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that the data is transmitted privately and securely. The Close Combat Company makes every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.

4. How long does it take to get my refund?

For refunds that require the product to be returned, your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the product.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please record your tracking number and Return Authorization number when sending a product back to prevent delays in processing your refund if the package is lost.

5. Is Shipping & Handling refundable?

All shipping and handling is non-refundable.

6. How can I return a product?

We require Return Authorization numbers for all returns. Returning an item without providing the Return Authorization number can cause a delay in the refund time. Please Contact Us.

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a full refund on any Close Combat Training programs within 1 yr. of the purchase and any supplements purchased within the last 30 days.

8. Can I place an order with a check or money order?

Yes, you can place an order by providing us with your name, items to purchase, billing, shipping and email address. Send request to the address below:
