We ship most orders from the Close Combat Company fulfillment center, via standard delivery service to arrive in 3-7 business days from the receipt of order. Orders shipped Monday- Friday, weekends and holiday deliveries are excluded. International orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We can not ship to Nigeria. We offer a full refund on any Close Combat Training programs within 1 yr. of the purchase and any supplements purchased within the last 30 days.
For monthly supplement memberships, Only the most recent month's membership order will be refunded and the product DOES NOT have to be returned.
For refunds that require the product to be returned, your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the product.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please record your tracking number and Return Authorization number when sending a product back to prevent delays in processing your refund if the package is lost.

5. How long does it take to get my refund?

12. I'm having trouble playing the DVD's / my DVD's are defective.
Please make sure you’ve tried the DVD’s in two different DVD players before we send any replacements. Our DVDs are produced through a liq0 stamping process – if there is something wrong with the DVD’s the entire lot would be affected which is rare.
