Close Combat Company orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday from the Close Combat Company fulfillment center.
For orders being shipped within the United States and to Canada please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
For orders being shipped to an international destination please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
We cannot ship to Nigeria.

4. Can I return my product and get a refund?
As stated in our marketing materials and terms of sale, all DVD sales are final.
DO NOT ship any products back and request a refund. They will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Damaged or malfunctioning material will be evenly exchanged at our cost and the damaged product need not be returned.

5. Can I purchase your products with a check or money order?

7. Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When you place your order you need to fill out both the billing and shipping information on the order form. The product will ship to the address entered in the shipping information section. If the shipping information section is left blank the order will be shipped to your billing address. If your order has already been place then you will only be able to change the shipping address if your order status is open. To request address changes click here

9. I'm having trouble playing the DVD's / my DVD's are defective.
Please make sure you’ve tried the DVD’s in two different DVD players before we send any replacements. Our DVDs are produced through a liquid stamping process – if there is something wrong with the DVD’s the entire lot would be affected which is rare.
