Anyone who reads my blog knows pretty well the benefits of learning self defense techniques. You can learn some moves from martial arts DVD programs; you can learn from effective self defense techniques from my combatives course. There are ample ways you can get the necessary information that will enable you to protect yourself and your family if ever necessary.
Every now and then, even the most serious teacher of self defense techniques likes to have a little fun. So today I am going to post some quotes from a few Dr. Seuss books that you can possibly relate to your self defense. Many people have stated that they learned amply through the wise Seuss; so maybe the new take on self defense techniques and mindset will prove enlightening here too.
