When you initially hear this term – innocent until proven guilty – you may assume it refers to the “bad guy” in a court case. If you have been involved in an altercation in which you had to use force to defend yourself and you have engaged in hand to hand combat training or some sort of martial arts training, this statement may actually apply to YOU!
