Glad you are enjoying our materials. Hitting stuff: I’ve got a free standing Everlast heavy bag in my training area. What’s cool is that if hit hard enough, you can drive it forward almost like a tackling dummy. Otherwise a Bob bog from Century is cool, or in a pinch…just go around your house and edge of hand the door frames.
