Mixed Martial Arts Shirt
Show that you’re a real fan of your favorite sport by buying a mixed martial arts shirt. There are a lot of cool looking shirts available that you can wear to show you love your sport – or that you train hard. There are all kinds of sayings on them, and you can even dress up your spouse or kids. You love mixed martial arts, and you’re not alone. The sport is more popular than boxing right now and leagues are springing up all over the place with instructors starting to advertise as mixed martial arts schools. The thing is do you just want to be one of those people wearing a t-shirt or do you want to be a fighter who is wearing a t-shirt. The truth is the clothes don’t make the man or the woman. They just change people’s perceptions, and that will change fast if they knock you to the ground. If you’re going to wear a cage fighter t-shirt wouldn’t it be a good idea to at least do some self defense training first?
Let’s face it not everyone who wears an Airborne Ranger or Green Beret t-shirt has served in the military. Nobody would make any money selling them if they did, and while there are some liars and jerks out there – many people simply wear them to support the troops. You can do the same thing to show you love your sport, but don’t just claim you’re a fighter. There are enough wannabe’s out there, and if you do keep lying to people eventually someone will call you on it and they might not be satisfied if you admit you’re a phony.
So save the Special Forces t-shirts for the teenage kids and stop lying to people that you’re training for the next UFC match. Wear the shirt because you love watching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and other styles in mixed martial arts competitions. If you really want to get an idea of what it’s like to fight choose a good school that teaches a hard style of martial arts. Also, it is important to train and keep training. A day will come when you aren’t able to compete or simply don’t want to, but don’t rush it and make sure you continue your self defense training.
