Michelle Yeoh Combat Training Videos
Any fan of Martial arts videos should have quite a selection of Michelle Yeoh Martial arts videos in their collection. While many people don’t think of women when it first comes to Martial arts movie stars, Michelle has long been popular in both Asian films and those found in the United States, ever since she appeared in the popular Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. However, Michelle has been a familiar face in Asian films since the early 1980s. Michelle made her first movie with Sammo Hung, another popular Martial arts actor in China. While Michelle’s first movie role was not an action part, it was an action comedy, and she was set to play the typical female in distress.
However, watching Sammo fight fascinated Michelle, and encouraged her to try more action roles on their own. In order to get herself ready to do this, she took it upon herself to get into prime physical condition, and spent nearly 10 to 12 hours every day in a gym practicing kicks, punches, and other Martial arts moves. Following that, in 1985, Michelle costarred with Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung in a movie called Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars. That same year, Michelle costarred with famous Martial arts feminist Cynthia Rothrock, in whose movie she performed her first action stunt by flipping over backward from a railing, smashing her head through a plate of glass, and throwing two bad guys off a balcony. With that role, Michelle made a place for herself in formerly male oriented Martial arts action movies.
Michelle Yeoh Martial arts videos are available anywhere consumers can find foreign Martial arts films, including the Internet and local video stores. While some of her earlier movies may be more difficult to find, an effort should always be made because Michelle is not only beautiful but also very gifted in the Martial arts field as well.
For a while, Michelle was the highest-paid actress in Asia. However, she paid for her notoriety with multiple injuries that put her out of action from time to time. In addition to injuring her spine, she’s dislocated her elbow, fell from a horse, and ruptured an artery in her leg. In 1995, Michelle suffered a severe accident and spent three weeks in the hospital. If you can find them, Michelle Yeoh Martial arts videos are sure to not only entertain and inspire women from around the world.
